Candice Castle

Functional and Integrative Health Practitioner

Candice studied Functional and Integrative Health at the Institute of Integrative Medicine and has a special interest in epigenetics, nutrigenomics, autoimmunity, cancer and neurological conditions.

Candice discovered the world of integrative and functional medicine through her own health battle that nearly took her life.

Through her doctors’ efforts as well as her own research Candice discovered an entirely new world of functional medicine which ultimately saved her life.

Candice went on to become what she terms a ‘medical detective’ and her research is ongoing, she strongly feels that there is always more to learn.

In 2018 Candice started an organization called Hope Moves to help people suffering from autoimmunity, cancer and chronic, hard to treat conditions like Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer's Disease, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

In 2021 she founded Nature Me New, in response to the growing need for integrative practices in South Africa and across the world.

Her philosophy is that healing is always possible even when cure is not... and that it is worth fighting for.
